Coaching is about enabling someone to find their own next step on their journey, and to take this step in a skilful and effective way. Remember, everyone has the capability to take responsibility for, and make decisions about, their own lives, rather than someone else doing this for them. This statement is the bedrock of our coaching practice at Myndful.
Using a range of approaches coaching from person-centred, cognitive behavioural coaching, psychodynamic and positive psychology combined with active listening and communicating with empathic understanding our coaches walk the journey with you side-by-side until your next step (or goal) is identified and your action plan is built and implemented and your goal is achieved.

Identify the need to improve/change
Observe and gather evidence.
Motivate to set and own personal improvement goals.
Create opportunities to practice the acquired skills and/or behaviours.
Discuss outcomes from practice and identify and remove obstacles to change.
Work through setbacks until coachee is happy their chosen goal has been achieved to their satisfaction.
